Cory Burns, President

As president, Cory Burns oversees the direction of Burns Pest Elimination and supports the teams that serve customers in Arizona and Nevada. He works with leadership and managers to align day-to-day decisions with the company’s family-driven values.

Austin Burns, Third-Generation Team Member

Austin Burns represents the third generation of the Burns family at the company. He works closely with leadership, managers, and field staff, helping to continue the family’s involvement in how the business operates and how teams work together.

Mike Boyle, Chief People Officer

As chief people officer, Mike Boyle focuses on the people who work at Burns Pest Elimination. He supports recruiting, training, and ongoing development so that team members have the tools and guidance they need to serve customers and work safely in the field.

Service and Operations Management

Service and operations managers coordinate field work, schedules, and communication. They help ensure that service teams arrive prepared for each visit and that customer questions reach the right person.

General Pest Control Management

The general pest control (GPC) managers in the Phoenix area help guide field technicians who visit homes and businesses.

• Dan Curtin Buck, Phoenix Central GPC Manager: Dan manages the Phoenix Central GPC team. He coordinates routes, supports technicians in the field, and helps keep day-to-day service in this area running smoothly.
• Edward Hunt, GPC West Service Manager: Edward oversees the GPC West team. He helps plan service for customers in the western part of the Phoenix area and provides guidance to technicians handling ongoing visits.

Termite Service Management

• Michael Dobson, Termite Service Manager: Michael leads the termite service team. He organizes termite-related appointments and supports technicians as they carry out the company’s termite service programs.

Customer Care and Operations

• Andrea “Dre” Adams, Operations Supervisor, Customer Care: Dre supervises the customer care operations group. She helps organize incoming calls, service requests, and internal communication so that customers reach the appropriate contact and receive timely follow-up.
