Desiree is an excellent technician: prompt and efficient, friendly and professional. She even eliminated a worrisome scorpion. We were most concerned about scorpions—she took extra care and was a delight to work with and communicate with during the visit. I’m surprised she isn’t in the call center for Burns because she has such outstanding communication skills!

Once a month, our technician, Sal, comes by to take care of our house. It only takes about 15 minutes, and I swear, since Sal started visiting us, we have never seen a scorpion since!
